Take an exercise bike, set it to a medium/difficult setting, put it in your front yard on a day like today = a million degrees outside and the sun on your shoulder. Now ride that exercise bike as hard as you can for 20 minutes.

Thats what it has been like trying to start my moped for the past two days. i almost threw up yesterday.

Maybe you should just ride a bike instead.

Dang. Any idea what's wrong with it? Did you check for good spark?

It sat for a couple days. I think all the 2 cycle oil dropped to the bottom. I just need to bleed it and put new gas in. Its happened before.

I would ride my bike but it makes my sciatica act up.

That's odd. 2 stroke oil shouldn't separate from the gas. It's not like an oil and water thing. Certainly not in a couple days. My snowblower sits for weeks without being used and it's always fine.

Maybe you've got some snot in your carbs, and when you bleed the gas it just clears it out or gets it out of the way. I'd take the carb apart just to see what was going on in there. Then again, I'm a glutton for that kind of punishment.

Use some of this stuff next time you fill up: http://www.seafoamsales.com/motor-treatment.html

It's like Drain-o for motors. It might make your exhaust smoke a little bit at first but that's just all the shit blowing out of your fuel system.

I'll try that. I added fresh gas and it runs fine except it wants to stall out when throttled at about 15mph.(top speed 26)

Carb cleaner additive for sure.
Sometimes in humid conditions you need to prime the motor to get everything moving properly. You could also try "sure start" which you spray in the pipe. Basically ether

Could be a lot of causes for that. Your stator might be grounding out at high rpms, causing weak voltage and shitty spark. could be your plug wires or cap, or the plug itself. You might be getting too much air into the carbs at wide open throttle if your intake is cracked and leaking. You might have a clogged high speed jet (if there is one on that carb). Could be a worn out diaphragm in your carb (if it uses one of those), clogged air cut-off passage... shit... lots of things.

seafoam is a good place to start. If it helps the problem, you've at least narrowed it down to the fuel system.

sure start is ether. so yes. Back when I had the shitty snowblower, that was the only way I could get it to start if it was below 20. It's also useful if you happen to find yourself in Circus Circus.

i've had it happen before. it wouldnt start with a full tank. so I bled the gas and it cam out all purple. the color of the oil, then lightened up toward the straight gas color. Then ran fine.
